Attending the Austswim Freestyle Master Class, presented by Technical Coaching Director for Swimming Australia, Leigh Nugent – delivered a Class to improve freestyle technique.
The aim of this course was (like all swimming strokes) to minimise body – to – water resistance whilst maximising propulsion, from the underwater recovery, head and shoulder positioninng and seperating the arm – to – leg motion.
